Moms of Hue has been my passion for the last year and I am so committed to bringing it to the next level. And, with careful consideration and evaluation, I have decided to expand Moms of Hue and make it We of Hue. This will allow us to cover a larger array of topics beyond parenting and allow other voices of hue to be heard.
We are always looking for dedicated writers with unique voices to share their stories on We of Hue (coming soon). While we are not a paying market, all of our writers, in addition to having their articles in our zine, are also featured “In the Spotlight”- a section highlighting those men and women who are focused on family, creating a better future for our children, and discussing important issues and happenings relevant to people of color from an intelligent point of view.
All new We of Hue writers are asked to commit to writing 2 posts a month. We like to keep the content fresh and it is important that it is done consistently. Writers will have first choice at marketing, advertising, and conference sponsorship opportunities offered to the We of Hue Network and will also receive Blogger Outreach Education to help build your personal blogs and businesses. We are a network and believe that we should pay it forward in order to help our community.
